Managers and owners require a strong familiarity
with their restaurants' menu, and develop your employees' skills.
This one week class provides owners, managers and chefs with the
fundamentals of sushi preparation, history and culture. It is a
minimum enrollment of five students.
Who needs this class?
Managers, owners and chefs who are planning to
develop sushi and Japanese cooking skills with the general field in
the intensive classes.
Goals:
Accomplished their own curriculum within the
intensive classes, which coordinated with both their requests and
instructor's ideas.
