This one week class provides owners, managers and chefs with the fundamentals of sushi preparation, history and culture.
It has a minimum enrollment of five students.

Managers, owners and chefs who want to develop sushi and Japanese cooking skills in an intensive class.
Goals:
Accomplish a unique curriculum in each intensive class, combining both student requests and instructor ideas.
