One Day Sushi Workshops are scheduled on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm, once a month at the Sushi Chef Institute in Torrance, California. Participants will have a fun and a great experience!

You will make several different styles of sushi, and depending on the topic of the evening, participants may also make and learn about various, traditional Japanese cuisines. Also, you will get a gift bag from our sponsors.
